Such care on individual placement of your pixels would also help you avoid silly mistakes like the jagged line quality on the words on top.
But, let's put silly semantics aside.
It's pretty nice to be able to draw well without references. This looks pretty fine itself. It falls a bit short from show-accuracy if that was your intended goal. Not gonna say much about it but comparing your proportions to a screencap of the show should be an easy way to find your faults.
It might also be worth noting that you're a step away from drawing a front-view eye on a side-view face. If the iris is looking directly at you, it would definitely be as circular as it can possibly be. However, if it turns away from you, the iris must shrink into an oval.
What I do find pretty impressive is that the colors seem pretty spot on to how I remember RD's colors. Almost too good, haha.
Biggest thing you could have done instead though? We could avoid the pony-creator pose and used a more dynamic pose instead. It's pretty difficult to make interesting works out of pony-creator poses, but you seem to have done that rather well with your mane design. We could probably have something better with that mane design plus a dynamic pose that says 'Rainbow Dash'.
So overall, great colors and great design that could use a more exciting pose than what was used here.
